Parties + Mobile Events
Kids Paint birthday parties
How it works:
Times: Parties are available Saturdays & Sundays based on availability. I can also host your group during the week by advance request. We ask that you reserve your booking at least 2 weeks before the event; again, this is based on availability and is reserved on a first-come basis. Parties last an hour and a half, with the last 15-20 minutes set aside for refreshments. Presents are not open at the party, so we can spend more time creating. You can add on additional time for an additional fee.
Party Size: Party sizes can vary based on the age of the creators and projects, so let’s chat a little before you book. On average, I can comfortably accommodate 10 to 18 little creators, ages 3 to 12. For larger parties, we ask that you have the party guest dropped off by their parents.
Cost: The cost is $35 for each child.
Deposit: A $100 deposit will secure your reservation, with the balance due at the end of the party, based on the number of children who attended. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to book another party in your time slot.
What is Included: Each party is private, so you will have the facilities to yourself. All supplies for the projects are provided. I provide lite refreshments. You also receive an electronic invitation that you can circulate via email or print at home. Each of your guests will receive a special Nest and Canvas goody bag to take home.
What you need to bring: I ask that you supply any additional refreshments or drinks, birthday treats (cake, cupcakes, donuts, etc.), and napkins, utensils, plates, & candles. I can supply napkins, utensils, plates, & candles for an additional fee.

On average, we can comfortably accommodate 10 to 18 participating guests, but depending on the event, I may be able to accommodate more. For larger groups, you may need to consider carpooling or drop-off if applicable.
Cost: The cost of a basic group is $25 for each guest. Some custom parties may have an additional fee based on specialty projects.
